ABOUT KYRLA ZASMORCOTA

Kyrla's claim to otherkinism is quite controversial, more so then usual, atleast in my opinion, but then, I am a bit too skeptical for my own good at times,

regardless, I wrote this essay to explain the philisophy behind her beliefs.

"The daughter of Life and Death, Shamanic Phoenix, Pupil of the Time Guardian the blue nine tailed Kitsune Shaman Guardian of the Mystic Caves and wielder of the Mystic Staff

KYRLA ZASMORCOTA"

Just who or what is Kyrla really, by the fanciful representation above and extravagant title one would easily be lead to believe one of the following to be the answer, a personal fursona, or a fictional character, to believe anything else would be quite preposterous. But what if I were to say the above being had once lived, or further was involved in intensive spiritual warfare alongside other magical beings, or, had existed on numerous worlds in multiple forms before that life? Now you are looking at me as though I am nuts. Well, heh, I myself am a dragon, so that might not help my argument much. But, it's all perceived to be true, I say perceived because due to individual perceptions of ones personal reality, absolute truth can seldom be confirmed, but I do hope to explain in rational and spiritual terms how this extravagant being could theoretically have existed and ended up on earth reborn to human form.

First, lets consider the core idea of shaman, a shaman is an arbiter between the spiritual and physical worlds, lets also consider that on principle, for a shaman to be successful he or she must be highly knowledgeable, of great wisdom and experience. Secondly let us consider the vastness of our physical universe, Earth is but a mere grain of sand, and it and it's inhabitants mere atoms upon that grain of sand, to claim the physical, biological and spiritual laws of this particular grain of sand to be universal truth is impossible, as the inhabitants are hindered only by the knowledge and experiences attributable to Earth and its observable counterparts, in as such, much of knowledge of which is still speculation and none confirmed. Thirdly, let us consider the nature of the soul or spirit, as well as the unknown and shapeless dimensions of spirit its energy and influence on the material world and the purpose and growth of existence.

Firstly, let us consider the idea of a Shaman, as mentioned a shaman is to interact and commune with the spiritual world, spiritual beings, and all associated entities, as well as to protect and to teach through the use of his or her gifts. To be considered a shaman on Earth, one would likely have to have a strong spiritual heritage or gift that can be attributed to being a shaman. Theoretically, if one factors in the possibility of reincarnation, select souls could maintain the memories and experiences from prior existences and forms and carry those over into future lives and forms for use and benefit, as well such souls could have residual memories of spiritual existence between forms, such souls born into flesh could recall lost wisdom from these pasts, as well use their dormant or amnesic knowledge of the spiritual worlds and spirit self for the use of spiritual growth, communication, protection, and so forth. If reincarnation exists then it would have to play an important role in what it would mean to be a shaman.

Next, let us consider the universe that we live in, we see all things as individuals, from an inherently biased perspective based solely on our experiences and knowledge of that which our senses can perceive or that which can be logically explained. That which does not make sense to our experiences and knowledge is rejected as fantasy. Children raised to believe in a higher power, Gods, or spiritual beings will accept such as fact because it relates to their experience and knowledge, others raised in an opposing environment will reject such things, as a higher power, Gods, or spiritual beings, being unproven cannot be true. The same can also be stated for magic, spiritual energy, spirits, dragons, unicorns, kitsune's, gryphon's, and so on, as they do not exist on Earth, by ones perception, they cannot exist at all, that is the fallacy of man, that which cannot be sensed or perceived, cannot exist.

The error in this is, as man cannot see life on other worlds, man proclaims that only they exist, they use interpretations of their religions to "prove" this point. But the universe is infinitely vast, it would be a waste of Gods time to create such complexity for a single world, and planets provenly exist among many other stars, we simply can not know what is out there, and by mans reasoning, we are and should always be alone. But in the vast and ever growing complexity that is our universe, other worlds and laws most definitely exist. If one once more considers the theory of reincarnation, a dragon of one world may end up a man on earth and tell tales of what he once knew, these tales, false by others perceptions become fantasy, but that does not change that on another world in another time such forms and beings did or do exist.

As well, let us consider are knowledge of the unforeseen mechanism of the universe, dark matter, the nature of gravity, physical matter, expansion, quantum physics, time and so on, looking into such even the most ardent or arrogant of mans scholars will state that man is vastly unfamiliar with the nature of the universe, in as such it is not to far a stretch of the imagination to believe that other worlds may have different physical and dimensional laws compared to that of Earth.

Finally of the big three topics of speculation we come to the nature of the spirit. Let us consider, that all existence spiritual and none has resulted through the will of an eternal being. (God) As well, let us consider that the energy of this being exists in all forms and mechanisms throughout existence, let us also speculate that through this eternal being, sentience was given to energy in the form of a soul, and forms created and evolved to house, teach, and grow these souls. With each physical death the soul would return to the energy that is God, compile and learn from its lessons, and return to a new physical form. If such a God had designed said process, the purpose of life, would likely be for each soul to transition between forms throughout the physical universe, learn of what it means to live, to experience, to love, to die and to repeat in numerous successive journeys until the souls creator chooses to cease this universe and end the process. (Final judgment and Final destination for said souls)

To protect each new individual experience of existing in each new form, it would be considered proper for the soul to have a temporary or spiritual amnesia from other lives while in each new form, so that the experiences and memories of the last life do not conflict with the experiences of the new existence. similar to how in death, Romans and Greeks would drink from the river Styx and forget their lives. As well, it can easily be considered that as each new forms brain does not have the memory or mechanics of the souls prior form within it, then the entire past or memory cannot carry over. But what if souls that have progressed through many lives over time gain the power to carry over the knowledge, that the soul can through successive existences learn to reach out and to teach the present bodies mind its own past. This is the concept of an otherkin awakening, the mind does not have the experiences, but the soul retains such, and with spiritual exercise can, overtime remind the conscious mind of select or emotionally driven events.

Now let us consider that a highly evolved spirit or soul, could be more easily capable of reaching out to its present bodies mind, then others on the road of existence. These would likely be the spiritual leaders of past and present societies on Earth, those who deem themselves enlightened or in tune with the more spiritual aspects of their reality may have a higher spiritual growth then others, or the gift to tap into select skills and experiences from past forms and lives for their benefit in this world. A Shaman could have lived a variety of forms and existences, learned from each, and skillfully carried over the knowledge into each new life for the benefit of themselves and those in contact with them.

That which is above is the speculative philosophies to be considered when reading of Kyrla and her lives and experiences. Though little absolute truth can exist, this is all that she believes in her heart and mind to be true, and in the above wittings I have worked to support such. The rest is your perceptions.

Now, let us consider Kyrla (the human) she in her life has learned of her past as a Kitsune shaman in many ways, and her story is extensive, making very little sense even to her, but if one factors in the above philosophies her life story can begin to make surprising sense. Before I begin, I would like to point out, that recently within the past month, Kyrla has awakened to a succession of many possible past incarnations, the two most dominant having been that of a creature best resembling a Utah Raptor of Earth, and a Spiritual/mythological being known as a nightmare or demon horse, others likely having been an eastern styled dragon with unique characteristics, a feathered western style dragon with unique characteristics, a fantastically complex animal like plant form, a humanoid being with attributes of a chimera, as well as her past faith in having been a humanoid fox.

Because it sounds so like fantasy, one would likely be quick to denounce such beliefs, but let us consider that if Kyrla's past existence was of a shaman, then knowledge of prior lives would have been the norm, and if you accept that this was not on Earth then the beings and animals of other worlds could have easily evolve to sentient forms, as for the dragons, their unique characteristics can be arguably claimed to be to unique not to be based on some fact. In regards to the animal like plant, the mechanics for such do exist on a cellular structure on earth, if one researches the cells of Euglena they can see that its cellular structure contains both plant and animal attributes, for her plant to exist it need only take a leap of imagination that on another world, Euglena like cells evolved to a higher more complex form.

For the purpose of spiritual growth, each currently perceived form or past life on Kyrla's end does have some form of benefit lesson or purpose, the Utahraptor represents team work, family, trust, hunting, instinctual control and calculative acts. The Nightmare horse, control of aggression and power, the feathered western, and unique eastern had common lessons as well, and the chimera like form was sentient, with all lessons that entails, and the plant experiences would simply be inconceivable to mans perceptions, for Kyrla the fox shaman, the lessons and skills of each life would have been attainable and usable for her daily activities as she continued her growth. A kitsune by mans mythology is a spiritually evolved fox gaining its nine tails after a thousand years of spiritual growth, as a result for Kyrla the shaman to be a kitsune is highly symbolic of the experiences and growth pain and loss that she likely endured. Kyrla also has a fascination with the concept of a phoenix, this in itself may be symbolic, as knowledge of her spiritual and shamanic journey is represented in the phoenix's eternal death and rebirth, as the phoenix dies and is reborn anew, so to does Kyrla believe that she has fallen and been revived anew in numerous new forms throughout her spiritual growth.

So then, how does Kyrla the shaman get the complex title above, well, blue fur isn't to far a stretch from evolutionary adaptations, remind yourself that this life would have been lived on another planet and not limited by the perceptions and experiences gained on Earth. Now let us move on to her life. Prior to being born into the life of Kyrla the fox, her spirit or soul was pronounced the offspring of two entities representative of the opposing forces of "life" and "death" wherein she as their offspring was symbolic of the balance between the two, in as such in physical existence, her knowledge and skills could mean the different of life and death for herself and followers around her she held and symbolically was the balance between the two opposing forces. As well, prior to her spirit being born to her world as a fox, her soul was tutored intently under the supervision of a "time guardian" not having knowledge of the mechanics of spiritual realms and higher planes, this being and his spiritual interactions can never be confirmed or denied, but in as such, more symbolism is easily found, just as a kitsune earns its form after a thousand years of spiritual growth, the time guardian and his training could have been symbolic of the various lives, forms, time and experiences that it required to "train" Kyrla's spirit to be a proper shaman in her world.

In Kyrla's existence as a shaman on her world, she was prone to "shape shift" at times, although by the law of fallacious perceptions it is improper to rule out that this was physical, it is not inconceivable that her shape shifting ability was rather a spiritual shape shift wherein she would regain the attributes form and instincts of prior forms in which she had existed throughout her spiritual journey. Kyrla's final moments were located in a spiritual hot spot known as the mystic caves, a location believed to link various worlds and dimensions as one, to a rational mind or earthly perception this is not possible, but Kyrla existed as a shaman in a spiritually active world, her and her peoples perceptions, like ours were different so these "mystic caves" could have had spiritual or physical attributes that allowed for travel to other realms. Within these mystic caves was an artifact known to her prior peoples as the "mystic staff" and this staff was a powerful tool and revered item to her spiritual minded people.

On her last life's planet, great metaphysical and physical battles were raged for the right to have access to the mystic caves and the artifact within. In Kyrla's prior lifetime, it was her responsibility as her tribes shaman to enter into those caves and retrieve the staff within. This is not to much different then the tribal ways and beliefs of Earths own tribal cultures and their beliefs, once more it all returns to perception. Upon entering into the mystic caves, Kyrla was confronted by four beings, she perceived them as physical, but they were likely spiritual beings protecting the location and prepared to accompany her, just as spirit guides and guardians accompany the meta physicians of Earth, these guardians Kyrla met were two fire entities known as Kiki and Trea, and two equine entities known as Titto and Mano. These entities assisted Kyrla the shaman throughout her time in that world from their meeting on.

In time, a spiritual battle broke out between Kyrla the fox shaman, and an opposing antagonist, this unnamed antagonist had trespassed within the mystic caves and it was Kyrla's responsibility to confront him. Assisted by her guardians, Kyrla the shaman confronted this antagonist in physical and spiritual battle, outmatched she fought hard to defeat him, but was losing, in the end she pulled an unknown desperation measure, which is believed to have sealed his spirit within her own. This desperation measure, seems to have either killed Kyrla the fox, placed her form in a possible time stasis, or simply caused it to cease to exist in any physical sense, each theory open to the readers perception, but in the end, Kyrla the shamanic fox / Utah-raptor / demon horse / carnivorous plant / humanoid chimera / western and eastern dragon / spirit form is perceived to have reincarnated within the body of a confused and spiritually weakened human being.

This is the direct basis and philosophy behind Kyrla's otherkin beliefs, by her perceptions the magic and mysticism of her life as Kyrla was as physical as the screen you read on now, but to a shaman of a spiritual culture in an other world, that form of perception would be expected. Regardless, with only knowledge of the laws of earth and no greater knowledge of our universe, even those attributes of her otherkinism should likely not be entirely ruled out. In any case, in reading of Kyrla's awakenings to her past and prior lives, remember to look past the perceptions of man but rather the three philosophies touched upon in the beginning of this document, the nature of a shamanic culture, perception of ones universe, and the nature of the spirit. In so doing, Kyrla's life story becomes less fantasy oriented and more spiritual, understand that these are her deepest core beliefs and she dwells on them highly, she believes in her heart her visions and truths, and will defend such with honorable conviction. With the reasonable explanations above, Kyrla's magical journeys are obviously far from the mainstream, but deserving of at least reasonable consideration. Although there is always the possibility that we are all deluded, the cold annoying fact remains, that we as man, will never truly know the nature of things.

Kyrla continues her spiritual growth in this world, and with her search to learn, and ever growing understandings gained from each new experience, she has changed her explanations as new memories arise, this is not to be taken as indecisiveness on a false fursona, or re-writing a prior story, but rather connecting the dots of a forgotten past as each new segment becomes aware, remember that depending on ones perceptions, and most likely regardless of ones perceptions we are all on equally extravagant spiritual journey's we simply need search for them in our past and in our hearts, her spiritual differences should not disqualify her of acceptance, but rather like race in the past, she should be judged on the content of her character, her past cannot be denied simply for being unusual, for that would mean to lie to herself and conform to the rules and perceptions of a world that is not her own, her memories of each past is all she has for those forms, to denounce them simply to appease the people of this world would be a sad and unfair sacrifice.

So allow me to conclude this form with the truth that all perceptions are different, and it is that uniqueness of spirituality and reasoning's that make our life's and experiences interesting, Kyrla was many unique and amazing things, and was most recently a humanoid fox shaman, that is her dominant association, those are her beliefs, in this world she is human and should be treated as a human and with respect, but it is her connection to these otherkin beliefs that remind her who she truly is inside, and that is what is most important, it is the nature of her soul, her true self.

The Kitsune Shaman Kyrla Zasmorcota.
